房間整潔，客服很周到，景觀也很好，但位置不方便，且對出的馬路任何時段都有很嘈吵的響安聲，很大聲，入住三天有兩天在裝修，有點影響，但客服是十分好的

入住當天一早給我打電話問我幾點到 我説兩點 然而我兩點四十到前台 跟我説房間還沒打掃出來 理由是現在是旺季 可我是提前快半個月定的房間 我們本來就在南澳島衹有一天的行程 第二天就要回家了 硬生生等了一個小時 後面也沒有任何道歉的動作或語言 實話 海景確實還可以 其餘都不太行 衞生也不太乾淨 第二天還跟我發消息提醒我退房時間是12點 氣笑了 影響心情 不推薦 南澳島這樣的風景的民宿很多

非常滿意這次的選擇，房東溝通很順暢，入住手續很方便，房間全部面海，還有小陽台！房間和陽台朝西，可以完美的看見落日，可惜時間太短，衹住了一個晚上，下次要多預留幾天時間去！

4月30日入住，5月1日退房，退房當日告知店家有衣服落在房間並提供了寄回地址，店家微信中也答應寄回，直到5月14日我們詢問店家有無寄回衣服，店家來電稱衣服被保潔丟了，那請問中間十多天在幹嘛呢，若我們不問是否直接當這件事不存在了呢，衣服價值不高且起因確實是我們走之前沒檢查房間，但是店家作為服務行業，連保管一件衣服都無法做不到，更別提服務好顧客了，作為一家民宿，服務態度和內部管理還有很大的空間進行提升

房間進去有味道，比較小，這家店一米八的床跟自家一米五的床一般大，是靠海的，就是晚上濕氣很重，很潮濕，白天還有人裝修睡不好，床睡着不咋舒服，不過提供一次性浴巾還不錯，紙巾也是維達的還行，還配備酒精噴霧，但是馬桶套衹有一個，建議塑料袋馬桶套換成貼的那種，提供的馬桶套太雞肋了很不好用，坐着容易尿上去，水不熱，而且衞生間洗澡冷的要命，家裡好歹有暖氣，這洗的是真難受。酒店推薦的租車 小電驢比外麪價格要貴，不太推薦

打電話之後房東老闆親自來遊客中心接的，不然自己可能不好找。房間乾淨，基本上圖片看到什麼樣就是什麼樣。
來的那天下雨，吃的不太方便，外賣配送都需要很久。門口的美宜家超市要走半天，還很貴。
出門其實有些不方便的。

三大一小，特地訂的四人間，誰知道進去就一張床，問還有一張床在哪裡，管家説就是榻榻米，需要的話要現場鋪床，重點晚上回到酒店，就看見管家衹是把床墊送來，還要我們自己鋪！海景不錯，兩個人睡還可以，四個人就算了，不要訂這個房間了，不值！
