The room looked absolutely nothing like pictures with an old dingey carpet and a tiny 28" TV. The fridge was broken and propped up on one corner with a stack of broken tiles to try and stop some of its wobblyness. The "private ocean view balcony" was instead a view of the trail to the children's park instead. The jacuzzi tub looked like the jets hadn't been cleaned in ages and were so black with mildew, neither my wife nor I thought it to be hygienic enough to use. The location itself was convenient, though, and was just a short walk to the beach.

酒店非常髒,她們似乎沒有認真打掃,地上都是食物碎屑和頭髮,窗台有死蒼蠅.一進門就有一股霉味,傢俱殘舊,沙發好臭,不建議入住

Stayed in the 700 section B room at $350.00 a night. Complained to the desk on the first day regarding the cleanliness of the room. White substance splattered on the bathroom door. Shower doors hadn't had a good cleaning in some time. Outside patio two plastic chairs and table hadn't been cleaned. The patio itself was dirty, not swept or washed with a child's bathing suit lying under the chair. Manager was supposed to contact us which hasn't happened. No air conditioning except a tower fan so we were lucky the weather wasn't to hot for the week. No safe in room. In saying all the above, the resort itself was nice as well as staff.

Surprised with some of the negative reviews for this property! It's not perfect - but certainly has some great amenities. The staff was pleasant. The location is great - steps to the water, direct beach access from the property. The suite was spacious - we were on the ground floor with a nice patio area in the back. It is 6 minutes drive from Rathtrevor park - which had tons of day parking. The suite itself was clean - nice kitchen space. Full working fridge and stove. The only issues we had were that there is no AC - we had nice weather and lovely breeze through the suite so it was not an issue, but got stuffy when we closed the patio doors. There are no locks on the screen doors, so we had some random person walk into our suite while we were in it. Lastly, there was a couple engaging in explicit activity in the gym when we checked out these amenities (during daylight public access hours). Some simple measures and monitoring of the public accessible facilities would fix all these and make it well worth the price for staying here.

Went for a relaxing stay. Unfortunately did not have a view of the ocean from our suite. Enjoyed hearing the kids play outside. We did not use the facilities so can not rate them.

The power went out in the night for 3 to 4 hours and during that time of security, alarm went off so loudly, we could hear it from our room. It beeped every other second and was constant and loud. We couldn’t do anything about it because the front desk was closed at this time. There was no number to call in case of emergency and the phones did not work due to the power outage to even try to call the lobby, even if the lobby had been staffed, we let a staff member know upon our departure, and they were surprised and unsympathetic. We had a great day otherwise it’s just an unfortunate ending to what would’ve been a pleasant day.

The stove is very outdated. The patio screen was completely ripped. It was very hot when we arrived in our suite and it still taking a bit to cool down. Heat pump would be appropriate considering the amount of money we’ve paid almost $300 a night.

Location is very nice with a unique beach, nice outdoor hot tub and large indoor pool. The gym and indoor pool are nice but wasn’t open in the mornings not until 8:30 for some reason so couldn’t do my morning routine. Also, the restaurant doesn’t serve breakfast so we couldn’t eat anything until lunch time, huge issue. We stayed in the 700 series apartments on the ground floor and it was quite nice, had everything. Beds weren’t the best; sofa bed needs full replacement, and I’d recommend bringing your own pillow unless you want a sore neck. Sleeping felt like a 3 star hotel. We would stay again with carefully planned days and bringing our own groceries but the hotel should open the facilities for normal person timeframes and have at least some option for breakfasts.
