Hyatt Regency Nairobi Westlands is a modern, stylish hotel in a great location. It has spacious rooms with city views, great food, a rooftop pool, and a gym. Perfect for both business and leisure stays.

It was amazing experience and the staff was very friendly

I usually choose Hyatt hotels when I travel for business, but this one is so disappointing. It looks clean, but when I was about to go to bed in the middle of the night, I found that the bed sheets were not changed after the last guest left. Isn't that too disrespectful to guests? The hotel facilities are also old, so I decisively canceled the next three orders for a total of 7 nights. In the end, I found that the decision was correct. Several new five-star hotels have opened in Nairobi in the past three years. I stayed in the other three hotels, and the sanitary service facilities were better than this Hyatt. This Hyatt is simply the worst in the world! It can't be worse!

Because I needed an extra bed with my baby, I mainly chose the deluxe room, which is a one-and-a-half-bedroom room with a relatively large area. The window of the inner room faces the atrium, which means there is no window and no sunlight in the room. The bathroom smells like a sewer, and I can't find the exhaust switch or feel the strong exhaust. I just made do with it for one night, but I probably won't choose it next time.
