The location is good, the airport monorail goes directly to the hotel, the bus terminal is also nearby, and the transportation is well connected;

Location was great, monorail was just beside the hotel which is 6 stops from Naha airport, complimentary cookies was nice and breakfast was sumptuous.
However room was quite small and old, we booked for a couple room but was set up as a single room instead. Went to receptionist to inform them to replace all missing items.
But nothing was done when we are back in hotel after dinner and we had to make a trip down to remind them, poor coordination.
Also breakfast at last day was pack and we had to queue for coming to 45 mins for our table. If the hotel knows they are fully booked and to avoid guest waiting at lobby they could have better managed such situation. They could find extra space or arrange different slot of breakfast timing.
