Room had everything + it was really clean. Was stumbled a little for check in but managed to work it out within 10 minutes. The location is quite a bit of a walk from the airport, and i found it tiring cuz it was during the summer.

It was my first time staying in an unmanned hotel. After reading reviews on major platforms, I learned that I must obtain a confirmation letter in advance, otherwise it would be difficult to contact them. During the check-in process, I had a video call with the hotel staff, who were friendly and nice. Due to my poor language skills, the staff used translation software to express themselves, and there were basically no problems. I was immediately given the room number and the password to collect the key. You can select the language of the key cabinet opposite the operating tablet, which is basically not difficult. You can get the key immediately after entering the password. The elevator is set to automatically extend the door opening time, which is probably designed for guests carrying large luggage. There is a foyer after entering the room, which is a very good place to take off your shoes to distinguish between indoor and outdoor. The rooms are fully equipped as described below and are clean. The balcony has a good view to watch planes take off and land. The environment, equipment and service attitude are very good, but the dust under the bed can be cleaned in time and the sound insulation of the partitions is good, but the sound insulation when going up and down the stairs is poor and there will be footsteps. 1. Entering the hotel: You must first receive a letter to obtain the electronic lock password. 2. Check in: After receiving the confirmation email, if you have completed the basic information input and passport upload, you only need to operate the tablet to confirm with the customer service to obtain the password and room number for collecting the key (it is recommended to take a photo). 3. Get the key: Operate the key cabinet opposite the tablet and enter the password to get the room key. 4. Room facilities: entrance hall, washing machine (detergent), separate bathroom and toilet (blowout toilet, bathtub, drying and exhaust fan), standard double bed, air conditioning (heating), balcony, TV, single table and chair, trash can, refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle, dishwashing liquid, hand soap, sink, kitchen sink, bath (wool) towel and simple tooth (paste) brush, comb, cotton swab, range hood, electric cooker, induction cooker, kitchenware set, wardrobe, hangers*4, dust paper and mop, fire extinguisher, disposable indoor mop*2 and other equipment. 5. Access control method: The door is usually closed. You need to turn on the electronic lock to open it when you go out. There are two ways to enter the door: (1) enter the electronic lock password and (2) use the room key to insert the keyhole on the door to open the door. 6. Smoking area: located next to the water tower on the first floor. 7. Escape facilities: fire extinguisher in the room, escape window connecting the balcony to the next room, and escape ladder outside the room. 8. Parking spaces: There are 5 spaces in total, please refer to the picture. Those who do not choose the parking plan need to park in the paid parking lot opposite; there is a temporary parking bend on the road to the hotel, which is relatively safe. 9. Convenience store: Walk along the adjacent lane to the first intersection, and look left to see LAWSON. 10. Others: There are vending machines and electric bicycles for rent at the door.

It was easily accessible from the airport, the facilities were clean and it was a comfortable business trip.

The hotel entrance was not written as Naha Airport New Normal Apartment, but Raymond Hotel, so it was a bit difficult to find at first, but fortunately there were staff there so check-in was smooth. The room was not big, and all the necessary items were provided, but there was a strange sound of dripping water outside the room, which was a bit annoying. Overall, it was acceptable and recommended for travelers who want to stay near the airport for one night.

It's good that it's close to the airport. It's a bit noisy though. It's close to the road.

It takes about half an hour to walk to Naha Airport. It is a quiet residential area nearby. The rent is cheap. There is a washing machine and dryer, a microwave and a refrigerator. There is no check-in counter. Check-in is more complicated than other unmanned accommodations. Fortunately, I came across it. The staff guided me that I will stay here on the first or last day next time.

Smart check-in is convenient and efficient. However, there are few humanistic services.

I was looking for a room with a parking lot, so this was very helpful. There was a washing machine in the room, and all the electrical appliances were in order, so it was economical because I could cook my own meals without spending a lot of money! It was truly the worst accommodation of the worst. Before booking, there was no mention of it being an unmanned hotel. When I got there, it was an unmanned hotel, so I read the instructions posted on the building. The building access password was sent to me by email in advance. Check each and every email you receive I also checked the reservation app, but there was no guidance email at all. I barely managed to ask an employee at the rental shop next door for help, and the employee entered the password and opened it, so I went in. Upon entering the building, check-in was complicated and frustrating. I tried various things with the app and eventually checked in. I just cursed at the passport verification and video call, but I deleted it because I was afraid it would block this review, and I erased the curse to tell other people who made reservations not to make a reservation. After going through all the trouble of entering the building and checking in, I went in, but while I was sleeping, my throat swelled and my fever rose. My physical condition got so bad in the morning that I was tired from the trip, so I signed up for it, but the person I went with also had the same symptoms and had a sore throat. The reason was that the room was really small and there was an air conditioner near the bed, so I caught a sore throat and ended up in the worst condition on the last day of the trip. After going to the airport, buying Tylenol, and reducing my fever, I was barely able to leave the country. I made a reservation because it was close to the airport. To use public transportation directly to the airport It took 26 minutes to walk. In the end, I called a taxi and went. For those who want to make a reservation because it is near the airport, please use public transportation. If you have to use it, it would be better to book a hotel near Kokusai Street. I think it would be much better If you're really going to run it this way, don't run it. My last day was terrible because of your hotel.

湿気がすごくて、使用してない換気扇から水が落ちてきて気づいたから水浸しになっていて、 タオルの補充がなくて大変でした。でもコスパ良くて、スタッフのひととはチェックインの時だけでしたが対応良かったです

まじで綺麗でした。この旅行で4ヶ所泊まりましたが、1番安くて、1番綺麗でした。また、沖縄行く時はお願いします。
