Since the hotel did not have reception, we only could communicate by email. The hotel did not provide shampoo in the first place. They insisted that they did provide it. However, in the shower room, only body wash and conditioner were found. I sent another email regarding the problem but received no response subsequently.

The ventilation fan wasn't working. I didn't like the stuffiness every time I opened the shower room. But overall it was new and clean, and there were amenities and a capsule coffee maker, so I think it was enough for a night's stay. The laundry was free to use, which was great. However, some people didn't come to collect their laundry, and it was crowded. Also, there was a very loud sound of children jumping off the bunk beds on the upper floor for almost an hour at night, so I think that was just luck.

The facility was very clean and close to Kokusai-dori and the station! There was a convenience store nearby, so it was a comfortable place to spend time! However, the projector had a machine that could project the iPhone screen directly, but it didn't work very well, so that was disappointing (you can watch YouTube and other things even if you don't have an iPhone connected 🙆🏻♀️)
