The room is clean, the staff is very friendly and location is very convenient with lots of food to eat

Very helpful receptionists and staff both via online and at front desk even though we received a baby cot by misunderstanding. Acceptable for 2,000 JPY per one room cleaning regarding eco-friendly policy but policy details should be clearly communicated with maids too. We received only towels for two nights without water or cool pads even though we ensured our message with the front lady. However, comparing to their impressive service, the place is worth to revisit.

The room is too small for open the suitcase to put my thing in or out my luggage  However. Staff is pretty good. View is very good. Clean and Tidy.

Recommend this hotel. But one thing that the AC is centrally, pay so much and we are using fans to cool down the room.

Good location but the staffs all mostly japanese. Hard to communicate. Bed bounce. If light sleeper, this is no good.

Very well located in the. Center of the Main Street. Parking on the back side convenient if a bit more expensive 1800 jpy/ night that the other private ones.

Hotel service is great which match the airline JAL. Location is also conveniently located. Breakfast spread is great too with Okinawa local food and international food to choose from.

Location is excellent as it was right on Kokusai-dori Road. It is near Makishi Public Market and restaurants.

Great location, right in the center of Naha Kokosai Dori, staff is very helpful whenever we ask for some information . Friendly service which is expected from Japanese custom. Room is cleaned daily unless you tell them not to and it has a nice tub. Love their toiletries they provide as you can feel some luxuries. Easy to get to from airport . Highly recommend to stay here

Great location at the centre of Kokusai street. Rooms are spacious and clean. In room amenities are well stocked. Service is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
