Since it's a shared room type, the comfortability of your stay largely depends on other guests. But in my case, I found no trouble with other guests. The shared facilities were good. A nice B&B with a female-only floor. I booked a double room, which was spacious enough and had a full-length mirror. There are free umbrellas available, so you don’t have to worry about rain. Get off the monorail at Kencho-mae Station and it only takes 3 minutes to walk to the B&B. It is also close to Kokusai Street, so the transportation location is very good.
Bring your own toiletries and towels.
The only drawback is that there is no lift in the B&B, so be mentally prepared to bring suitcases. We two girls checked into the women-only floor on the fourth floor. After arriving at the door of the B&B, we first carried our luggage to the first floor to check in. Fortunately, the B&B staff helped us carry it to the fourth floor.
