Nice clean - ez acces - nice breakfast Near main pier to aka & zamami ialand

It was a smoking room and it smelled so bad. They would not change it to no smoking.

This is a hotel without any human touch. Because the No. 10 typhoon signal did not arrive, it could not be cancelled. The full amount must be charged. I will not choose this hotel again.

Good location and walkable distance to 國際通。Parking is just 1000yen per night and it is not far from the hotel, will definitely choose Smile Hotel again when I go Okinawa next time. 

This hotel is very close to ferry station and it was convenient to us

The location, room, and breakfast were average, but the price was reasonable. No drinking water or water dispenser was provided.

The location is not bad, but the smells of cigarettes are terrible in the room.

Anyway the hotel is convenient for me to go the center of the city ，because of tai feng，staff is so nice to help me。The hotel is old，facilities are not very good

It was accident booking due to ferry cancelation. It was tolerable for current circumstances. Location was super close to the ferry terminal. But I'm not sure that you need to book it as a part of the vacation. Not more than 1 night.

Booked non-smoking room, but was assigned two connected smoking rooms. The smoking smell was strong enough to wake me up at night. Make sure to check if the room you are assigned is what you booked.

The hotel staff was very helpful in helping us book our ferry tickets and providing guidance about local attractions. Room was small but nice and clean. Great check-in experience. While leaving we were asked if we needed help for taxi etc. which was nice. There is a breakfast area on the second floor where one can also use for sitting down and having a meal. A microwave is provided here. Would stay again if back. A great value for money. Located within walking distance to International Street.

Nice hotel and centrally located on walking distance from the main shopping street from Naha. There are parking facilities in a nearby underground parkinggarage which costs 1000 JPY per day. There is a strong smell of smoke, so do not book the smoking room if you do not like the smoking smell.
