Perhaps what they could improve is the bed, quite hard but overall stay was good given the price point!

Very good hotel, beautiful and clean, worth to pay. It is very near to Metro station just 200 meters, and have the elevator to the street floor opposite to the hotel. Also there are both of Lawson and Family mart that are very near to the hotel. There is Welcia medical store nearby the hotel, it's all good hotel to stay.

Good location - near to subway and Nagoya Castle. Is in the business district so weekend is very quiet (when we're there)

The location is good, tho youay need to walk around a bit through the google map. You can leave luggage there if you check in early or check out with the late flight. The receptionist seems not to be able to suggest anything much. The room is good, tho it's small but there's a bathtub. They provide towels, a hair dryer, toothbrush and toothpaste. No drinking water. But there is a vending machine for beverages. Only Japanese menu on the remote control both for AC and TV. Oh, and there's a mosquito, so bring something to chase that out.

Everything is good, location is great ! A small issue if the mattress can be thicker will be even better.

One of the good location that we have since we travelled to Japan...it is very clean despite that staff do not know how to speak English but there is a translator program that we can use...

I really liked the hotel but they didn’t have any water available only a machine, the staff was super nice but spoke little english. I still really liked the room and will definitely recommend

Excellent hotel, small but functional room and everything excellent

the staff is very nice and arrange well for my booking! it is very near the station and the walking street. must come back next time if come nagoya with myself.

The Location is Great, walking distance to Nagoya Castle but the bed was so hard 😅
