"The deluxe room was fairly large including amenities. The staff was very courteous at the reception. The breakfast spread was good and even the other food items were tasty. One suggestion i have is for the restaurant. Please plan to offer the breakfast on time. A slight delay for few items is understandable but today the potato sabji was ready at 7:30 am but poori became available only at 8 am. The staff of the restaurant is nice but needs some basic training in hospitality. There were 4 boys today at the reception all glued to some screen and not giving attention to the few customers who were present. They should be alert and should look around to see if anybody needs a refill of water without asking."

"Rooms were comfortable and we had a pleasant stay. Dinner was good at the restaurant. However, we were informed the restaurant will be open at 7:30am for breakfast but it was not operational even at 8:15am due to which we had to look for other options outside. The mattress was too soft which was not quite comfortable. Rest all good"
