Naikap Village Resort

I am writing this review with a sense of disappointment, as this establishment has so much potential but is being severely let down by one critical factor: its service staff. Let me start with the positives, because they are significant: The View was Amazing: Absolutely breathtaking. It was the highlight of our visit and created a wonderful initial atmosphere. The Rooms are Quite Good: The space was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. We had no complaints about the ambiance or the physical setting. The Food was Okay: It was neither memorable nor terrible. It was perfectly acceptable and did not detract from the experience. However, the entire visit was completely undermined by the behavior of the service staff. They were consistently rude, unaccommodating, and created an uncomfortable atmosphere. To provide a specific example that underscores this lack of professionalism: at one point, I asked a server for his name, and he refused to tell me. This act shows a stunning lack of accountability and basic customer care. It is a profound shame that such a beautiful setting, which clearly has a lot to offer, is being sabotaged by the very people who are supposed to be hosting guests. The rude service was not just a minor inconvenience; it was the dominant memory we took away from our visit.

We recently had the opportunity to stay at Naikap Village Resort in Kathmandu, Nepal, and it was truly a fantastic experience. The resort has undergone significant improvements, and it offers a breathtaking view of the stunning Kathmandu Valley from its newly renovated deluxe rooms. The service at Naikap Village Resort was exceptional and the staff members were incredibly friendly, and their hospitality made us feel right at home. One of the highlights of my stay was enjoying a delightful barbecue on the rooftop, accompanied by ice-cold beers served in frozen glasses. It was the perfect way to beat the heat on a hot day. The Nepali non-vegetarian thali that followed was simply exquisite, with its flavors and presentation leaving nothing to be desired. During our stay, I noticed that the resort was undergoing further development. I was excited to see a new conference hall being constructed, which indicated that Naikap Village Resort is committed to providing excellent facilities for corporate events and meetings. Additionally, I was intrigued by the sight of a camping area being set up. This expansion suggests that the resort is striving to cater to a wider range of guests and offer unique experiences. Keep up the great work, Naikap Village Resort team! We look forward to returning soon for another memorable stay.
