家族4人でスタンダードツイン和洋室に宿泊しました。部屋は広々、4人が座れるソファコーナーもあり、とても快適でした。2人はベッド、2人は和室に布団で就寝。夕方ホテルにチェックインすると既に布団は敷いて下さっていました。サウナ付きの大浴場もありますが、室内のバスも広くて清潔。洗面所もトイレも十分な広さな上、明るか清潔。レイクビューの部屋で、広い窓からは琵琶湖が一望でき、とても優雅な時間が過ごせました。フロントのスタッフの対応もとてもよかったです。朝食のビュッフェは品数も豊富で、とても美味しかったです。駐車場は宿泊客は1泊500円で30時間出荷自由でした。長浜駅周辺までも徒歩15分ちょっとで歩ける距離。途中、長浜城を眺めつつ散歩がてら駅近くの近江牛の店まで夕飯に出かけました。とても満足度の高い宿泊ができました。

Chất lượng dịch vụ khá ổn nhưng k có sự hỗ trợ đưa đón khách hàng mặc dù trip .com có ghi là hỗ trợ , gia đình tôi 3 ng đi và thuê 2 phòng . Trời hôm đó thực sự mưa to , taxi k có và chúng tôi đã nhờ đến sự giúp đỡ của khách sạn . Nhưng khách sạn có thái độ không tốt lắm . Chúng tôi đã bỏ ra số tiên 6man cho 2 căn phòng nhưng nhận lại chất lượng phục vụ k tốt lắm , tôi sẽ k quay lại nữa mặc dù trước đó tôi đã từng đến 1 lần . Nhưng lần này quay lại cảm thấy k bằng lần đầu tiên

房间很大，刚好訂的房窗户是面向湖邊，風景很美.這裡有免费停车场，用高德搜㝷附近有很多食店很方便. 黄昏至晚上，酒店大堂會提供free drinks & snack, 例如清酒 威士忌供客人免费享用，浸温泉的地方也挺大.整体很滿意.

静かなところで大きなお風呂に入り、ゆっくりと過ごしたくて利用しました。
チェックインしてからロビーでビールやワイン、ソフトドリンク、スナックなどを軽くいただくことが出来ました。２部屋利用して、１部屋は角部屋で琵琶湖も伊吹山も両方見られ、両親が大変満足していました。
大浴場は大きくてゆっくりと入ることができました。館内は新しくはないですが清潔でした。個人的な意見ですが、掛かり湯のスペースがお湯の注ぎ口でなく別にあればと思いました。アメニティは雪肌精で、いつも使っているものを忘れた私としては大変ありがたかったです。あと綿棒はありましたがブラシとコットンがあれば言うこと無しです。入浴後も甘酒やビネガードリンクが用意されており、とてもくつろぐことができました。朝食のビュッフェはとても品数が多く、常に補充されており、琵琶湖を臨みながらいただけました。また利用したいと思っています。
