amazing facilities including pools, restaurants and a gym. Lovely views across the resort and also a beautiful sunset!! All staff were so great and welcoming. Only thing to note that it’s not greatly close to anything (walking distance) but taxis and shuttles are available to everywhere!!

Amazing refurbished hotel with such nice staff all around. Only stayed for 1 night due to transit but excited to go back in future.

This hotel is recommended for a wide range of occasions, from special anniversaries and short stays during transit to family vacations.

The scenery is very good. I highly recommend it. The swimming pool is very clean. I will come to Crowne Plaza again next time I come to Fiji. There are many activities in the hotel. It is very quiet. The service attitude of the staff is also very good. There are many breakfast options.

The hotel lobby is new, but the rooms are a bit old and the soundproofing is not very good. You can hear people coming and going in the corridor at night. Ordered an in-room dinner. Don't order chicken wings. When asked, they said they were the fishiest chicken wings ever! Overall, the service was OK, but the food was hard to describe. The next day, I ordered a beef burger at a restaurant, but the beef was all mushy. It was better to eat instant noodles in the room.

The hotel is very nice and the staff is very friendly. I was desperate when a disease suddenly broke out on the island! But the infirmary is fully equipped with medical equipment! They quickly relieved my pain and allowed me to continue my trip!
