Amazing hotel with multiple onsen. You get the Japanese experience and hospitality. Meals are fantastic and many options with free flow of alcohol and Tuna sashimi.

太具有特色的酒店啦！有海豚shuttle boat（注意首末班次，每次20分鐘）。酒店大的像商場，還有可以做5分鐘電梯的山上房型。最具特色還屬洞穴温泉，一定要趁天亮着去泡，更有味道。

日升官 房間經典日式榻榻米三分離加陽台 景色一流 稍微有一點小 跟其他日式酒店榻榻米比不大 感覺最多睡四個人 衞生情況還可以 相對還是老舊 館內很大 本館 日升 山上是三棟樓 連廊連結 非常大 要走挺遠 但是酒店很貼心會給長者準備輪椅 出島有小巴和烏龜船兩種方式 基本全天都有 差不多15-30min一班 根據時段不同 忘歸洞很震撼 會男女換邊 所以至少住兩天 不然看不到忘歸洞大三角真的很遺憾 硫黃鹹水温泉 對皮膚非常好 不摻水的活水 美中不足1是温泉洗澡地面會掉落石子 會紮腳 應該加強清理 2就是酒店的餐食 一泊兩食都是自助 品種多但是感覺沒什麼可吃的 金槍魚不限量但是品質不行 所以可以不定餐 海鮮市場附近的小定食金槍魚品質要好很多 或者白天去那智路上買一日券可以隨時下車吃 ps山上館的電梯一定要坐上去看狼煙山公園 晴天看太平洋日出一定很震撼

前台英語非常爛，也不願意説英語，入住溝通很困難，看得出是努力保持禮貌但實則完全不想服務我們。酒店很大，整體比較舊了，但是看得出曾經很輝煌，設施和衞生還是在線的，但是温泉本身的清潔程度不敢恭維

It’s a place for relax! Wonderful atmosphere, the staff is ready to realize all your reasonable requests. The big territory, and just one problem - there is no chance to explore all facilities in one day. In future will stay two nights.

酒店服務很好，兩個洞穴都温泉值得一試。自助早餐和晚餐都很棒。
酒店的房間正常大小，日式風格，有冰箱。
酒店交通略不便，要坐船或坐車才能到達。
行李寄存衹能到中午。
