Nekajui, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve

Where do I begin… My wife and I stayed at Nekajui following our wedding for a mini-honeymoon and it was absolutely incredible. We’ve stayed all over the world and can undoubtedly say the service, aesthetic, and overall experience were unmatched. Samuel helped us with bookings and accommodations every step of the way and we could not have asked for a more kind and caring individual to make our experience truly spectacular. The pictures do not even do justice for the views and incredible attention to detail throughout the property. We could not recommend Nekajui more. And thank you to everyone at Nekajui for making our experience so incredible.

This is by far the most beautiful resort I have ever been to!! It’s stunning beyond words. We were greeted by the manager the bell staff and our personal butler or manzu as they call it. There is no lobby you are instead taken by your butler straight to your room folding a tour of the property. The rooms are the most luxurious rooms possible. They spared no expense in any area. The staff are the kindest and most accommodating staff I’ve ever witnessed. Dayshen our Manzu was flawless. I will never forget this hotel ever. It’s the most pampering and perfect hotel one could ever imagine!!!

It’s a wonderful place! The whole hotel looks like a tree house, food is ridiculously perfect, the hanging bridge and the views look like they came from the movies. Wow! Regarding all of the Ritz Reserve I have been to, which is Thailand and Puerto Rico, this one is the best but the host takes too much time explaining things and also the staff keep asking too many questions. I myself don’t appreciate that. Hanz, one of the waiters ,on the other hand, is very good balanced! He is chill, doesn’t hover. Last thing, such a shame being Titanium Elite didn’t give us a later check out.. feels like the Marriott status means nothing.. but it’s fine.. hotel is great and stunning!!

Our family stayed at this property for a few days for our summer vacation last week. Hansel was our concierge during this stay. I don’t ever take time to write reviews online, which should tell you that something extraordinary must have happened to prompt me to write this. Indeed, our experience was extraordinary. Hansel went above and beyond to make our stay exceptionally comfortable, catering to every possible need and request we’ve made, and then some. Think Four Seasons level of service, and then multiply it by 10. Another shout-out goes to Adrian, who took me and my son for a nature walk to remember. His knowledge of native animals and plants, and his passion for sharing his love of nature left us in awe. The property itself is out of this word gorgeous. Our room was a beautiful relaxing oasis designed for the most discerning traveler’s needs in mind, with mind-blowing views of the ocean and lush tropics. The views are simply to die for, no matter where you are on the property. The food is beyond delightful. I can’t recommend this property enough. I’d like to thank Ritz Carlton Reserve for giving us a vacation to remember for years to come. I also would like to personally thank Hansel and the rest of the staff for making us feel so well taken care of that we felt like visiting family. We can’t wait to go back!

Such a beautiful and fantastic Resort. The overall staff was incredible but a special shout out goes to Samuel. He made sure our visit was a once in a lifetime experience. Food; site, service were all above and beyond any expectations.

We just got back from a stay at the new Ritz-Carlton Reserve Nekajui, and honestly, it was one of the best trips we've ever taken. From the second we arrived, we felt completely welcomed — the staff is incredibly warm and the level of service is next level. The place itself is absolutely stunning. Every corner of the resort is beautifully designed, and you can tell a lot of thought went into every detail. We were lucky enough to get an upgraded room, and the views were just unreal. Waking up to that scenery every morning was something else. The service throughout the resort was flawless. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared that we were having a great time. Whether we were eating, relaxing by the pool, or checking out the grounds, it all just felt easy and enjoyable. Speaking of food — wow. Huge thanks to Chef Israel for an amazing dinner at Breezes. Every meal was a standout, and the views while dining didn’t hurt either. And the coffee bar? Incredible. I’m still thinking about those drinks. Pool and beach service was awesome — big shoutout to Geo, Jason, Gabriel, and Karina for taking such great care of us. They made our days by the water even better. There are so many fun and unique touches around the property too — like the funicular ride down to the beach, the hanging bridge, and the gym and spa area with killer views. They’ve really thought of everything. Also want to give a special thanks to Ozzie, who was always there when we needed something and made sure everything went smoothly for us. If you're thinking about visiting, do it. Nekajui is a total gem. We’re already dreaming about going back.
