Khayam Garden Beach Resort & Spa

It was an amazing experience! The hotel is beautiful, the staff are polite and friendly, and the welcoming atmosphere makes sure that both young and old can truly enjoy their time there. The animation team is the best I’ve seen in years — their sketches and dances are creative, well thought out, and performed with real dedication.

What an animation team, Yaseen, Bob, Haseen, Ali, Malek, Mario, Timo and the rest who I can't remember but what a wonderful welcoming team. Only Scottish in the place but didn't stop us getting a shout out each night as nations where called out.

Booked the hotel room (sea view) via travel agency. When we arrived there, the personal was kind and helpful. Food is very tasty and diverse (for some it might be a little over seasoned/spicy). We bought the Ultra All Inclusive package, where food and beverage had no limit. I loved the beach, cause it is close to the hotel and with good sand to build castles with my daughter. Besides the sea, the hotel offers other activities like mini golf, dance night, tennis /football court, pool slides and ping pong table. Overall, a great place to spend the summer vacation and just relax, not worrying for anything. Not even for the bottled drinking water, because we had plenty of it, after every meal. You could also take one with you. We spent 7 nights in this Resort without leaving the area, but we never run out of thing to do, never got bored.

Despite the mixed reviews we read beforehand, we decided to stay at this resort in Tunisia for 7 nights—and overall, we’re glad we did. As one guest aptly noted, “the longer you stay, the more you enjoy it,” and we found that to be true. Cleanliness & Facilities: The hotel is generally clean and well-maintained. While some areas could benefit from renovation, it’s nothing that significantly detracts from the experience. Language & Communication: This resort is best suited for French-speaking guests. Most signage is in French and Arabic, which might be challenging for English-speaking visitors. Staff speak very limited English, but they make a genuine effort to assist and communicate. Reception & Housekeeping: The reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean and housekeeping was done daily, which we appreciated. Mattresses are hard and pillows are relatively comfy. Food: Although the variety of food is somewhat limited, the quality is consistently good. We always found something enjoyable to eat. Entertainment (Animation Team): The animation team deserves praise for their enthusiasm and friendliness. They work hard to engage guests and create a lively atmosphere. However, the adult evening shows mostly consisted of dancing performances, which became repetitive after a few nights. Pools & Beach: The pools are clean, well-maintained, and feature fun water slides. The beach is also clean and enjoyable, though somewhat rocky. Fortunately, there is a floating dock that makes swimming in the sea easier and more comfortable. Special Thanks: We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the hotel lifeguard, who responded promptly and professionally when our son was injured.

I was arrived in 12 July and I go on the 19 july, the People are great, the rooms ar verry clean, the reception was verry helpfully when we was needed something, the pool was big and clean, the animator are great People, the made our holiday, was a good experience with them, they are kind, jokely and nice People, simo .
