Every aspect of our stay was excellent but however came with a huge price! Lunch, Dinner and the drinks, especially the cocktails were very expensive. And that was the only negative part of our stay, otherwise everything else was superb! The premises, the pool the activities and services all were fantastic!

We celebrated the New Year at Serai Kabini and thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay. The staff were incredibly helpful, making our safari experience seamless and providing excellent support whenever we needed it. The New Year's Eve gala was a highlight, with a well-planned event that offered a private and enjoyable experience for each family. The live music provided a fantastic ambiance. We highly recommend Serai Kabini for its excellent service and memorable celebrations.

One of a kind experience! The resort is top notch, with excellent service and care. Shout out to The river facing cottages (20 meters off the river bank) are serene with breathtaking views. The food is outstanding too, ask for the Champaran Mutton (not on the menu), it’s slow cooked (smoked) lamb…it’s to die for. The reason to be there is the safaris and the wildlife spotting. We did the van safari in Nagarhole forest reserve in the morning and spotted bison, sambar and spotted deer and lots of birds. We did the afternoon safari on the Kabini river and spotted sambar and spotted deer, a crocodile, a tusker elephant, wild boars on the river banks. Not native to these parts, we spotted a few Osprey’s too. Shout out to Chamraj! Loved every bit of our 2 days here, highly recommended!

First visit to a Serai resort, and I must say that we were thoroughly impressed! Right from the rooms, cleanliness, amenities, location and nature surrounding of the resort, the quality and taste of the food, and most importantly, the service and the friendliness of the staff, it's all very wonderful, and made our Anniversary 2-night stay an absolute pleasure! The waterfront villas are very nice, and you can enjoy a very picturesque view from your hammock or the balcony while sipping on some tea! They also provide hassle-free booking for safaris, and have many activities which adults & children can enjoy. We got a unexpected surprise anniversary cake the night before our check-out, compliments of the resort, and that just goes to show that the staff and resort will go to all lengths to ensure you have an awesome vacation at The Serai, Kabini!

My stay at this hotel was perfect! The property is stunning, with big grounds and a serene atmosphere that made my visit unforgettable. The food was exceptional—every meal was great. What set this hotel apart, though, was the staff. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. This is one of the best hospitality experiences I've had!

Serai has always been warm and welcoming , the standard of stay , safari and food this season was great. Lunch at Wild Grass tailored right for spice levels mostly mild ans flavoursome , did request a few for spicy and they made it much more delicious . Breakfast quality was ok and can be improved , loved the spread of fresh fruits and juices. A special mention of Prabhakar , Mahesh for F&B who took care of it so well, kudos to Vissa’s energy and patience. The two safaris were very good with a sighting of 2 tigers on day one with many elephants , gaur , and more , second day got to see a tiger. Overall a great round up for 2024 I would

The service was excellent, with warm and friendly staff. The location is perfect, offering stunning room views. Safaris were well-organized, and breakfast was enjoyable. The only area that could do with some work would be the room upkeep. On the whole the experience was smooth and memorable.

A very pleasant and relaxing stay. Beautiful property and staff! Jungle safari with Shekar was worth the visit.. He guides well and help to seek animals with all the efforts. Must visit place with family and friends.. The speed boat and corakle is worth
