1) room window was having a leaking issue while raining. Since we stayed with 3 yr old baby, it’s hard to survive in slippery floor. 2. Bathroom door lock is not properly installed. We couldn’t lock the door and informed the same to hotel and no action taken 3. We have been charged for water bottles and not provided with toiletries

Pillow covers and bed spread not washed properly. Bedsheet was not given. Bathroom mat was very dirty. Not able to close the bathroom door it was totally damaged.

No wardrobe, one of the fan is not working, very congested and no space to move. If you want comfortable stay then this not for you.

It's an nice place to stay & also middle of the town. Also places like mysore palace, mysore zoo, aquatic museum, etc are very close to the hotel it'll be ~2kms from hotel.

My train got delayed but the staff was friendly in every manner e van at 3. 30 am. For the price absolutely beautiful rooms.
