The stay in the hotel was pleasant and even thou i had booked two rooms for 4 ppl but was provided with a single suite for the same. However the suite was nice and the services of the hotel was also good

Property location is great, close and central to the popular tourist attractions, walking distance to the mysore palace. Great vegetarian food and probably the best in vicinity and there are not much choices near the hotel. Staff were welcoming and supportive with the requests, will definitely stay at ni ambaari suites again if i return to mysore.

charging higher prices. we will find really bad smell next to lift, no proper cleanliness breakfast also below average, no proper parking

Wifi was not working and maintenance staff were not proactive had to keep calling 5-6 times just to get the issues fixed

I had booked this hotel and arrived much late after check in time since i was stuck in rain. Hotel staff was polite enough for a smooth check in. Hotel is good with good facilities and good comfortable bed. Only thing they can focus is bathroom cleaning. I could see hair of previous customer still in bathroom which is uncomfortable.

Thai room was spacious but cleanliness not up to the mark. The staff was cooperative. The in house restaurant food was excellent location was also good. Overall experience was good.

We had good experience there. Food was good and staff were helpful and friendly. Mysore palace is in walkable distance.
