Worst experiance! Please avoid staying at this hotel—it is in a terrible state. I had previously stayed here when it was managed by Radisson, and it was an excellent experience. However, under the current ownership, the hotel is poorly maintained. The air conditioning is not functioning properly, there are plumbing issues, and, shockingly, the ceiling collapsed the moment we opened the door.We vaccated @7pm frpm the hotel. I wouldn’t even rate this hotel two stars.

The property overall is located at a good place near the infosys campus.. food was good however I would recommend if the staff can improve on the below
- Hospitality can be much better.. I didn't feel the vibe compared to 5 stars in India
- The rooms may need some repairs - The ACs are not able to give the coolness
- The paint seems to fall off from the wall
- The office chair may need some stitching

No proper attention or care by the staff - despite repeated calls to reception and house keeping no response at all - poor maintenance AC not working and staff not bothered to set it right

The room was good but the food was not good. The snacks ordered to the room was average and the complementary breakfast included in the package was also below average. There were frequent power cuts due to some geyser repair and there was no alternate ventilation. Water also stopped in the room briefly so it was very difficult to manage the family. The standard of Country Inn has gone down.

That hotel's a heck of a long way from Mysore city. If you're sightseeing in Mysore, find a hotel in town, I'd say.
The place is a mess; roaches were everywhere in the lobby and dining room.
Worst of all: the AC was broken – in the lobby, dining room, and rooms!
Skip the breakfast buffet; not much choice and not good.
Honestly, wouldn't stay there again.
