It's a very nice classy place to both stay and fine dine , special mention To food its fresh and nicely curated, the front desk staffs are also very cooperative and all staffs are pet friendly, we including our pet had an amazing stay and break, only wifi and internet connection needs upgrade for us to have smooth work cation...will visit again...

Let me begin with the positives..and there are plenty I can say. The staff at the entrance was alert and helpful. The check in was smooth and seamless. Rooms are comfortable, neat and clean with tea and coffee things provided. I particularly mention this because we have stayed in Ibis hotels in Europe and they do not give you an electric kettle even..not to mention tea supplies. An iron was provided promptly when asked for as were slippers. Service in the rooms was prompt and efficient. The staff were always smiling and helpful. The breakfast layout is impressive and tasty. The not so positive part was our experience in The Verandah. We ordered a club sandwich which was lacking the ham and chicken that the menu described. When pointed out to the staff they tried to tell us that it was how they made the sandwich. When we insisted.. they sought to do service recovery by offering a host of other things. We declined the offer. I just want to say that the staff in the restaurant is very young, which is fine, but they must be trained to accept their mistake. Don't try and take your guest for a ride. That spoils everything. They made the rest of our stay very pleasant by looking after us very well at breakfast time. Barring this one incident, our stay was enjoyable.

The hotel overall its good. I hope again and again we come to this location. Love ibisi hotel and ******* team for provide this nice staying. It my anniversery gift to my love. Thank you all, Prasanna kumar K S
