Busy streets with many food restaurants nearby. Hotel entrance roads are in bad conditions but noticed it that all but few had similar conditions. Located well within places of interest like Mysore Palace and Jagmohan Art Palace. Rooms were large and spacious though. Aircon not working at times too. Bathrooms can be better with piping modifications to provide hot water rather than mix with pails. Overall a good place to sleep but not much to hang around. Thanks Krishna

I visited Mysore with my family of 4 adults and 1 child on Nov 1st. I had booked a 6-bed family room on Agoda and even paid extra for breakfast. Unfortunately, while comparing other hotels, the number of adults had automatically changed to 2, which I didn’t notice at the time of booking. But since I booked and paid for a 6-bed room, we arrived expecting that room. At around 7:00 PM, during check-in, the receptionist told us: "Because you selected 2 adults, we will only give you a 2-bed room with the same cost as the 6-bed room". We even agreed to pay for an additional room for the rest of the family and only 2 members will stay in the booked room as entered — but the hotel still refused to allocate the room we had booked and paid for. It became clear that they had given the 6-bed room to another group through travel agents, likely because they paid more. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional, kept telling us: “Contact Agoda and resolve yourself.” Finally, after hours of arguments, the hotel reluctantly agreed for cancellation, and forced us to request for cancellation.and I received confirmation only around 10:00 PM. Meanwhile: My family including a 70-year-old elder had to sit in the lobby helplessly. We missed our booked event at 7:30 PM. We spent another hour outside trying to find a room at late night during a busy weekend and festival season. We were forced to book a much costlier hotel due to limited availability. This hotel shows zero integrity, zero responsibility, zero hospitality. They do not care about customers: ✅ Your room is NOT guaranteed ✅ They can push you to cancel if they can sell your room at a higher price ✅ You may be left stranded if you check in late This hotel cheated us, and we suffered with a child and an elderly person. I am sharing this so no other family experiences this mental stress and harassment.

Staffs are good and well maintained... We had a good and excellent performance in all department and good luck for the best wishes
