SpringHill Suites Myrtle Beach Oceanfront

Barbara did amazing taking care of our large group last night. She was personal and attentive while running all over the place as it was a very busy Tuesday night! The hotel is beautiful and clean in a great location. All the staff has been friendly! Will plan to come back with my family!

We visited for a weekend in September, staying in a 1 bedroom ocean front unit on the 14th floor. The room was fantastic: modern decor, incredible views, well equipped, large televisions, plenty of seating. The room was quiet, the bedding was comfortable. The televisions allow you to stream your Netflix and Prime accounts. Our balcony had 4 metal chairs and a side table. The bathroom is large enough and has a tub over shower. Water pressure is good and hot water is plentiful. The bathroom towels are average quality. The facilities include a lazy river, great pools, and of course access to the beach. Access to the adjacent facilities at the Courtyard are also accessible using provided wristbands. We were only there for the weekend, so did not have time to enjoy everything. The only drawback is that the beach towels are too small. The staff was great. They helped bring our bags up to the room, answered any and all questions, provided facility maps, and were friendly on every interaction. Parking is across the street. I agree with other reviewers that the garage spots are tight. My advice is go to the top floor, which was relatively empty when we were there. The location is excellent. It’s within walking distance of the pier and a number of great restaurants are available with a couple blocks. This is a great place for a family vacation.

I went to Starbucks and Lexi was amazing. It was so welcoming, as I was alone. I went to the restaurant the same night and Tracy, Lori and Diane treated me so well! Will go back before I leave

Excellent experience with Tracy, Barbara, Latoya and Carl. They all are phenomenal. TV behind the bar on the 2nd floor would be super helpful. The bartenders do need new uniforms though. Other than that, all was absolutely great! Very friendly and personable. I really enjoyed their company. Keep up the great work!

Great experience! Nice View. The staff was friendly I loved how close it was to everything. I love being close to the ocean. Perfect getaway for my wife and I.

I've been to Myrtle Beach Navy times and this experience and hotel is at the top. The cleanliness and friendly staff are amazing. Location is perfect for restaurants and shopping. Indoor and outdoor pools and lazy river are great. Kids are having such a great time. My husband and I got to enjoy a walk on the clean beach with was just a few feet away from hotel and also we got to warm up by the outside fires. Breakfast buffet was amazing especially having a family of 5. I highly recommend. Two staff members that really helped with our stay are Tracy and Corey. I've never felt so welcomed before at any other Marriott then here. We will continue to be Marriott members.
