Will the bellmam was nothing short of fantastic. Very kind helpful and downright great person. The entire team was very helpful and the hotel was very clean and has a fantastic view. We will definitely be taking a trip back to this hotel.

A gentleman Will fr. Desk went over and above to help anyway he could. Marriot courtyard lucky to have him and recognize his efforts to enhance the whole Marriot experience. Literally with sweat on his brow went out of his way volunteered his assistance. Left something gor him fr. Desk. He was off today

We enjoyed our stay! Customer Service was very good. Our room was very clean! Mardina provided services to our room. She was very friendly and welcoming! Mardina made sure we had plenty of towels and also made sure our linen was fresh. Mardina provided great service!!

I enjoyed my time at Springhill Suites by Marriott! We came for a quick day trip and we were greeted with smiling faces and genuine conversations everywhere we had interactions. The view from our room was absolutely amazing. One visit to the bar and it felt as though we were regulars! The bartender Tracy loves her job as much as loves people. When we left we met Michael at the door and he was extremely pleasant. We’re looking forward to another visit soon.

One of the first things I look for when booking a hotel is cleanliness amd location. This place did not disappoint! The customer service was great! We loved the location, the pools, and the oceanfront balcony. Let me just say, when speaking of cleanliness, we were so lucky to be on Ms Marcias floor! She made sure we had everything we needed! She made sure the entire floor stayed incredibly clean and always smelled nice. She kept us stocked in towels and essentials and made our stay feel more like home. We made a new friend with Marcia! We hope to return to Myrtle Beach really soon!

Michael C. was the best! Very helpful and willing to jump in and pack up your car no questions asked! Very kind soul, hope he gets a raise and a bonus😁 thank you Michael!! He greeted us, immediately asked if we’d had a photo opportunity together and said he hoped to see us again one day, AWESOME MAN!!
