Stunning Oceanfront View Atlantica Tower

The view and proximity of the beach was great. The beach was very clean, not crowded, and great. The property itself was quite run down. The pool is run down, the room is very outdated. The toilet wobbled on the base, the cable for the kids bedroom ran out from the air vent down the wall, draped on the smoke alarm, to the TV. The bedrooms were very warm at night and didn't get good air. There are no rugs or carpets, so there is no place to wipe off your feet of sand, ever. There was no broom to sweep up sand at all that inevitably gets to the room. The washer is old and got stuck on a particular cycle every time and had to be manually advanced. The clientele of the building, and Myrtle Beach in general is kind of trashy to be honest. About 75% of the time, while out on the balcony, I could smell ****. The positive is that the room itself is quite quiet and we could not hear any other residents.
