this place is an absoulte dump as well as run by con artists ,, so much that although we paid for the stay ,when we go there they said our reservation was canceled and there was nothing anyone could do to help us. they lied an said they were all booked up even though there were rooms available online . They were just no help, and the place wasn't worth staying at anyway, run down and outdated. Stay far away from this property and anything that has to do with Capitol Vacations

Direct oceanfront. The combination lock extremely difficult to open to gain access to unit. It took multiple times opening the door. Walked in king size bed and lots of pillows and very comfortable. The furniture was old and dated and stained. The window from the bedroom to the outside hallway had shutters and it allowed ALOT of light into the room at night. Lights from the hallway were brightly illuminated into the bedroom. If you need to sleep in the dark this is not the unit for you. The walls are thin. I slept with ear plugs and night mask. There is a small kitchen area with full size refrig and stove. Expected washer and dryer in the unit and there wasn't one. The bathroom shower was also a challenge turning the shower on you had to pull down the socket. Plenty of towels. The sitting area was nicely furnished. The furniture on the patio was nice. I wouldn't recommend this unit.

I liked that the property had several pools/hot tubes and easy access to the beach. The room was a bit dated and carpet at the beach never really makes sense. Also, the curtians are old and the sofa is not comfortable to sit on. The kitchen appliances are also dated. It has everything you need, but is dated and very basic and the price was OK, but a little high for these accommodations. The parking garage is convienent which was very helpful. We did not have any interaction with any resort staff while we were at the property so we can't comment on that.

Nice Condo
Unit was very clean! Great ocean front view. Only downfall is the entry door key pad. Code is way too long and takes several attempts to unlock even when inputting numbers quickly. I suspect a weak battery. Sometimes it unlocks on first attempt but most of time it does not.
Would stay here again.

When I checked one of the bedrooms had dirty linen piled at the bottom of the bed.
