We had an ac unit leak inside the room so the floor was wet and I forgot to let them know until the last night of staying cause we were so busy trying to enjoy the trip…other than that the room was okay can be a little bigger and the tv can be bigger..

Check in was easy and simple. Overall our room was clean, but yes this hotel is outdated and that is why it is priced the way it is! Honestly this hotel would be much better if the visitors would just clean up after themselves and lay off the *** smoking.

Oceanfront rooms. Balcony little small and I prefer not be on 9 th floor next time but all around good

The room had a couple of mold spots on the ceiling, and the floor had some spots where it looked like it had been half mopped. As far as the location goes, it was just right. The only other problem that I had was the breeze way, the parking lot, the elevators were not cleaned, and they had no complimentary breakfast for the guest. Also, it smelt like **** the whole time there, and the pools were always crowded. All and all it was a good stay.

Everything turned out well, I had a problem with a non working microwave. It was replaced promptly , the evening courtesy calls were appreciated. Will stay again. Thank you
