It wasn’t a clean place it needs a lot of updating it was in south Myrtle and the part we stayed just seems to not be that safe to walk the beach or on the street seen some homeless people wanting blankets and food. I just did feel safe

The pictures they posted on a third party booking were completely false and it was absolutely disgusting. As a immunocompromised person I was absolutely devastated. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling, had been horribly maintained and was not what we booked. The kitchenette was outdated, damaged and had roaches and gnats coming out of the sink. The fridge rocked when bumped and was extremely loud. The staff were very dismissive and obviously over talking to us and answering questions. Would never stay here again and will be making sure to warn others who visit the area. This place is a health hazard and needs serious help and new management.

I checked in around 7pm. It is now midnight, and I've seen no less than 20 roaches of various sizes in the room. I understand it's an older location and in needed of updates and an exterminator, but the 75 dollars I spent (not to mention a 'resort fee') is simply not worth it. I'm only staying the remainder of the night because I'm too tired to continue driving

The first five minutes not even have brought our belongings in a roach was on the wall! Bathroom wall looked wet! It was! Leak in wall. Toilet pushed into wall

Staff was friendly and helpful.
(201) The room we stayed in needs a little work as in the bathroom door needs replaced since it looked like it was falling apart at the bottom, the door to the balcony needs a little help as well because the doorknob was stuck and made it hard to open it. We saw a few cockroaches when we would move a trash can or turn the lights on. It also would have been nice to of had a plug for the bathtub because it did make it hard for my child to take a bath.

Tired old facility. Needs major maintenance!! Room doors damaged and not fitting properly, no daily housekeeping. Three nights no towel, bed, or trash service even when trash is placed outside the room. Let's not forget the cockroaches in the room. Room descriptions not accurate "sleeps six"? Not on the ocean view rooms unless three persons per bed. Even desk attendant was surprised. Would not repeat.

It was a disgusting, dirty place with cockroaches in front of the beach. If I could, I would rate it -10. It was a nightmare to stay one night with my family. I was embarrassed. I was surprised that such a place exists nowadays.

I booked 4 rooms for me and my family Rooms not good. Stain on sheets. Found running Roaches on of our Room. Toilet clogged and overflow and room smells really bad ask for move to another but Frontdedk said not available.
