Sands Ocean Club

Location: Users frequently praised the convenient and scenic location, highlighting proximity to multiple restaurants, entertainment venues, and easy access to beaches for strolls. The area was described as vibrant and ideal for exploring local attractions.

If I could rate this place zero I would. My husband and I did a spare of the moment overnight stay. I booked here because the pictures online were great, however when we arrived it went down hill. They told us the reservation was not available and we had to wait for a hour before we can check in. Once we checked in they gave us the keys went to the room and the keys didn’t work. We went back to the front desk they did something with the key and gave them back. We went back to the room and the keys didn’t work! We went back up to the front desk. They had us return to the same room with the same keys for a 3rd time and maintenance was suppose to meet us and when they did the door fob was broken. He offered to give complementary drinks from the bar while we waited another hour before we could get in the room. We requested to be assigned another room since we were tired and ready to unwind from traveling. They agreed to change our room. Once we got in the room was not cleanest, it was not updated it had very old furniture. It had 2 double beds on metal bed frames with no headboards and there were no usb ports to charge our phones. The beds were super uncomfortable. (It’s 2days later and our bodies are still sore from those beds.) The next morning we asked 3 different staff members about breakfast and was told they offer breakfast but we we got there it was closed. My husband says we should be compensated in some way for this horrible experience.
