Some of the front desk workers are soft spoken but everyone was kind and helpful. I would stay here again!

Lovely hotel very clean good-sized beds we had one each. Breakfast is delicious & good value, we also had 2 meals here they were both nice & bottle of wine excellent value. Not far to walk down to the beach, super market & bars

For the price, it is an excellent option. As an elite member of Marriott, first choice is always one of this company’s hotels. I always stay at the Grand Dunes Marriott, but recently my satisfaction wasn’t optimum especially paying high price for amenities I do not use… so Sheraton was a first try as a replacement, and I regret my switch, especially while on my business trips. Location is good, not right by the ocean though. Parking available for a fee ($10 per night) Room is very clean, nice size, and updated. Although, the mattresses are of excellent quality and newish…still felt little bit hard, it definitely could compromise the sleep quality. Different high quality pillows are optimum. Bathroom and shower are good Ac unit is very quiet, you barely hear it Coffee maker and small refrigerator with small freezer are in the room. If you upgrade for club lounge level, you get small bite and none alcoholic Drinks in evening 5pm-7:30 pm Sunday to a Thursday. Mon-Fri 6:30-9:30am full breakfast …. May be worth the extra charge of $30 per room per day. Front desk: one person to acknowledge her true hospitality is Mariana ….some other front desk persons need better training to deal with guests. Yes, I highly recommended for the area and I will definitely continue using it for my business trips. (With the Club Lounge choice)

First of all, the service was great. Every request was quick and took care of our inquiries. The facility was super in that we were there for a craftsmen show at the facility and the cleanliness and atmosphere was very soothing. Vidalia's was a great find and the ease of both the food service and quality of the meals was wonderful. It made leaving the facility a sad reminder of well we were treated.

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff was extremely nice. It was clean, in a safe area, the restaurant was nice, and it was in a good distance from the beach/boardwalk.
