Our room was used and not cleaned.
Towels were brought to the bathroom, the bed was dirty, and the trash can was full. When we asked for another room, we were told it was fully booked.
Then there was one available after all, so we went there—mind you, at 2 a.m.—and the room was occupied, with someone sleeping in it.
They gave us another room, which was mostly fine.

As a last minute decision to stay in Myrtle Beach, we came across Best Western and let me tell you… everything was great. From the woman who welcomed us at the front door, and every staff member we met while we were there ( 2 nights) they were all professional yet relatable. They gave their opinions on good places to go eat, the best beach access to go to, Even what intersections in town to be extra careful at! And the deck by the river with coffee just like from home was a great way to start our mornings! Ten out of Ten!

We were in town for family vacation and needed a place to stay spur of the moment as the hotel we had previously booked turned out to be a dump! We were able to get a room at the Best Western and it was very nice and CLEAN! The staff were all very kind and helpful. The continental breakfast was good, lots of variety. We also enjoyed relaxing with coffee on the private deck on the waterway at the end of their parking lot. I liked that it was in a good location, not far from the beach. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Floor are unclean, sticky, and had trash on them. The shower would not turn warm at all. The water in the sink got hot so I had to wash in a sink.

My husband, daughter and I traveled to Myrtle Beach for my daughter to compete in a national dance competition. I was extremely concerned about Myrtle Beach and staying there due to the recent safety issues that have occurred. I searched for different hotels away from the main boulevard, unfortunately there were not any that meet the needs of my family. Thankfully, I stumbled up upon Best Western and I cannot say enough what an amazing experience we have had! tThe day manager on Tuesday was absolutely wonderful. He gave us an early check in so my daughter could get ready to head to her competition. The facility room, breakfast area, and pool area are extremely clean and safe. The next time that we have to travel to Myrtle Beach we will no doubt stay at this best Western! Thank you staff, for an amazing stay!!

The room had an odor. The shower steamed up the whole room. The clothes that I hung up were damp. Could not get anyone to take out the trash. Took the trash downstairs and the lady at the front desk showed me where to dump it, but didn't offer to throw it out. You get what you pay for.

Myrtle getaway
Property was comfortable, breakfast was excellent with polite and accommodating kitchen staff. Only drawback was that the front desk got our reservation confused after one night of a 3 night reservation and threatened to put our possessions in storage while we were on an excursion outside of cell service. Luckily when we returned to service, I received multiple voicemails and returned the call to get the situation resolved before they emptied our room. Also wanted to use the pool but the water was cloudy, needed servicing.
