The only issue I had really was that there was a dead waterbug on the floor as we walked in. Other than that, all was decent.

The room and the hotel were very clean. The views were breathtaking. The lady who worked in the coffee shop was very nice. I had 2 reservations for 2 rooms, one staying 3 nights and one for 6 nights. There was miscommunication at check-in which caused an argument with the front desk over the phone and we had to stop what we were doing and go back to the hotel. It did get straightened out, but it was quite an inconvenience. That’s the only reason I gave 4 stars.

Doors were noisy in each room. The room was clean and patio was great! Would return. Area was convenient to everything. Loved the atmosphere of the area. .

Had the lazy river all to myself! Yes, the appliances are a little old but they work fine. It's a place to stay.......right on the beach! The Pier 14 was fun for my "fishing loving" husband. Plus, their food was great.

Perfect location! Clean and reasonably priced (good value)! We got the suite and it was perfect, plenty of room. Having a full kitchen was really nice! Everyone we came across was friendly, great service!

My husband and go to Myrtle Beach almost every year. For our past three visits, we stayed at Holiday Pavilion Resort on the Boardwalk due to the cleanliness, friendly staff, amenities, and much more. It's also super convenient to restaurant's and shopping. We love it there. We recommended this hotel to our friends. They stay there now as well.

Great place and great price for the money! Convenient on the boardwalk and close to beach, food, shops, entertainment. Went with my 12 y/o daughter and we really enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub (nice and warm) as well as going out onto the beach to collect shells, lay in the sun, etc. Front desk staff relatively friendly, housekeeping really friendly and accommodating, room and hotel itself older but mostly very clean and very comfortable.
