The only issue I had really was that there was a dead waterbug on the floor as we walked in. Other than that, all was decent.

Great place and great price for the money! Convenient on the boardwalk and close to beach, food, shops, entertainment. Went with my 12 y/o daughter and we really enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub (nice and warm) as well as going out onto the beach to collect shells, lay in the sun, etc. Front desk staff relatively friendly, housekeeping really friendly and accommodating, room and hotel itself older but mostly very clean and very comfortable.

The cleanliness of our room was impeccable and the location was perfect. Been here 5 times and never disappointed. We love that you can walk to everything. All the restaurants in walking distance are amazing and you don't have to leave the property for a good drink from the tiki bar.

Great spot, love the location there is so much to do. They have 2 pools 1 shaded 1 not a lazy river and hot tub. They also have a bar that stays open until 10pm. Never had any sanitation issues or lack of cleaning. Never had an issue with staff. They did just add a new coffee/Starbucks lounge.

Enjoyed our stay, our 3rd time there. Centrally located, clean, only 100 yards from the beach, Tiki Bar, restaurants within walking distance. Night life (if you want it after a day at the beach) , board walk in front of the hotel. You can also rent beach umbrella and chairs, they are set up and taken down for you for a daily rate, well worth it.

This hotel is perfectly located close to so many things. Loved coming out of hotel right onto boardwalk. The room was very clean and every day watched pools being cleaned. 👍🏻 Sunrise simply beautiful view from room. Definitely one of the nicer hotels we’ve stayed in at Myrtle. Everything within walking distance. Will definitely stay next trip.

I liked the water pressure in the shower, the tub/shower grab bars, proximity to the boardwalk, the beach, and the two restaurants. I also like the Oceanview balcony, the bartender (he was so friendly!!) at the Tropical Paradise bar. I appreciated the dishes in the cabinet, (did not use, would have if the coffee pot would have worked), the refrigerator, and stove (did not use) We arrived at the property in the middle of the night and there was no snack bar to buy a snack. The bed was the worst. It was completely worn out. I did not sleep good at all! I had to finally place my head at the foot of the bed, to get a nap. The carpet felt dirty. The balcony lock was extremely difficult to unlock, the coffee pot did not work, and the tv remote control did not work. As soon as we arrived, and realized that the remote did not work, I called and told the desk clerk, she said that she did not have anyone to assist until the next day. We did not hear from anyone about the remote control.

Great location within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, Family Kingdom, arcades. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely stay again. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the ocean view was outstanding.
