The price is too high, and the seaside chairs are rented and expensive. In addition to the hotel fee, there is a daily scenic spot fee of $30 per day.

The rooms are nice but we booked two rooms and both rooms have 2 separate parts to them and front room was cool but not but the other room was hot. We had the air conditioner turned all the way down and it didn't change anything. U call to the front desk and never could get anyone. I literally had to call the hotel from my cell phone to get them to answer. As a diamond member I would of thought things would of been a little bit better but the pool was very nice.

I stayed at Embassy Suites by Hilton Myrtle Beach with my family and unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the most disappointing Hilton experiences I have ever had. First, the “ocean view” balcony we paid extra for was completely unusable because of constant loud machinery noise from the terrace below. This defeats the purpose of booking such a room. The property itself feels outdated and lacks the luxury level I experienced at Embassy Suites Virginia Beach last year. The front desk service was also very poor. I requested a room change, and one staff member said they would follow up. Hours passed without any update, and when I asked again, another staff member simply said the hotel was full – with no apology or explanation. Later that night, my room keys stopped working multiple times, forcing me to go back and forth to the front desk. To make matters worse, the hallway emergency phone did not work, which is not only inconvenient but also a serious safety issue. The most shocking part is that at no point did anyone at the hotel apologize or show empathy. The lack of professionalism and guest care was extremely disappointing. For the high price we paid, this property delivered neither comfort nor Hilton standards.

One highlight of our trip was visiting 78 Fitness. A special thanks to Daniel Zanfardino for making us feel so welcome and ensuring we had the best experience possible. His friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made our stay memorable.

Always an amazing experience staying at the Kingston/Embassy. Staff is polite and friendly, especially Drew Morgan - always goes above and beyond to make sure our time there is awesome!!

The staff was very accommodating, especially the front desk, mgmt. etc. I really appreciate how Mary Tweedie, took time to listen, she was the night manager at embassy suites and she was able to combine my reservation there with my time share presentation reservation at Kingston Plantations so u didn’t have to move rooms, that was awesome! There are a few more who went above and beyond like Drew Morgan the director who came out and took the time to explain the resort fees and remove any errors. Shirley was great at the front desk as well as Duk answering any questions! The most important thing to all of us is our health and one whom I truly appreciate was Frances who was part of the breakfast kitchen staff management, she went above and beyond my expectations when i asked her for assistance with food allergies and just food accommodations. My younger son has an anaphylactic reaction to peanuts so I really had to be vigilant, it’s very hard when you’re on vacation. I wasn’t feeling well either and she was so kind! During the week, she also gave us some “to-go” boxes for our teens who needed and wanted to sleep in , lol. Beth and Frieda who were serving tables were super kind and helpful as well! Thank you to all the people there, you really displayed southern hospitality!

Customer service has been excellent. Especially Daniel Zanfardino in management. We had an issue that was resolved with such professionalism and promptness. We will be going back at least once a year moving forward due to the fabulous customer service service.

After 25 yrs of going to Kingston, worst at embassy suites. No smart TV, remote don’t work, dirty bathroom, carpet not maintained, AIR DIDNT work and they gave us a floor fan to use! Many diff staff not professional and rude. No pool towels until 11 am due to late laundry. Ocean view room was looking at noisy air units on roof. Price raised way too high past few yrs and not worth it at all. Pools ok but not great.

I actually live here at kingston plantation and I love it. I’m also a member of the fitness center called 78 fitness which has beautiful workout equipment, great workout classes, an indoor pool and Pickleball courts. When visiting kingston plantation make sure you take a trip to the 78 fitness club for a good workout And if you ever need anything, ask for the fitness manager, Danny Zanfardino , who is great to work with very kind whenever I need anything.
