Hampton Inn & Suites Myrtle Beach-Oceanfront

Great location on the beach. Beachfront one bedroom suite with balcony was beautiful view. Breakfast was good and hotel staff throughout the building were very friendly.

Booked the Hampton inn suites expecting to get a room which was a suite, per the hotel's name . Close to $900 for 4 nights, entered the room expecting a small living area and a tiny kitchen, but not to be. There were two beds in a small room with a TV and one chair! Not even somewhere to sit and watch the TV you had to sit on the bed which is absolutely ridiculous. Also this location doesn't offer free parking even though there's parking on the premise, they charge $25 per day on top of the room fees and tax, so after totaling everything up between the room the parking and all the extra fees associated and taxes it was almost 1,200 bucks. The girls at the front desk were actually fantastic and tried to help out in any way possible so I give them five stars, but you better know that the rooms are not all sweets and that parking is ridiculous $25 per day. The hotel is adequate not new by any means but reasonably clean. The breakfast offerings were good.

Upon arrival I was informed my room was not available as the previous guest decided to extend their stay. Amy was prompt in resolving the matter by giving us an upgrade. The suite was wonderful! Her kindness and explanation of what happened was greatly appreciated. Without hesitation she made things better than expected.

Excellent service a beautiful room and lots of wonderful people , the staff was great. I would stay there again. Thank you.

Went here for a family getaway. The weather ****** all weekend long, but our stay at the oceanfront Hampton was enjoyable. Miss Amy helped us with check in and answered all of my silly questions. Miss Jenn greeted me by name each and every morning. The breakfast was awesome with different options every day. Beach acces and the fitness room was top notch. I will certainly visit this establishment in the future!!!

Amazing experience both staff and hotel. Very comfortable and affordable with very clean rooms and pool. We will definitely visit again!
