Hampton Inn & Suites Myrtle Beach-Oceanfront

Great location on the beach. Beachfront one bedroom suite with balcony was beautiful view. Breakfast was good and hotel staff throughout the building were very friendly.

Wonderful ocean front experience with top of the line.Hampton amenities and professional customer service. would highly recommend this facility to any one visiting myrtle beach.

First a small crowded check in area,then our person didn't tell us anything like the other 2 check in people were doing. Didn't get a bag with snack or drink like others. We were not told no room service everyday unless you ask. Bad idea. They should be doing it everyday. Pools are not heated,too cold to use. No chairs to sit on beach area. Tried to eat dinner there the first night,server brought our food,but no silverware. Not informed to answer questions. Also,you can't pick yoursides for your meal.only gave points for great location,it's ocean front,and good size room. Not not much parking,so inconvenient to walk around to get in.we came off season,and staff complained it wasn't supposed to be busy.

Amazing experience both staff and hotel. Very comfortable and affordable with very clean rooms and pool. We will definitely visit again!

The staff were superb! Tanya and Jennifer at the front desk were so helpful, friendly and professional. Shuranda was great to work with for our event and her staff were quick to respond to requests. Shout out to the team that managed the breakfast area. Betty who took care of the 1st floor did a great job! The renovation of the common area spaces was good. The breakfast area did not flow well. Everyone had to look for condiments, drinks and so forth. The rooms need help. Many in our group had TV issues. In 824, the TV said it was 828. The sliding door was not built for the weak. I have good biceps now! The bathroom wall by the toilet is soft and has a huge gap. Body wash dispenser was not on the wall. Did not understand the counter microwave but the obvious missing under cabinet microwave. This gave no counter space for snacks and stuff. Wish you had a true indoor pool as it was cool in the evening. We saw the new TVs being delivered when we left. Hope you continue to renovate as some areas are in need. The walls are thin as we could hear conversations from both sides. Hope you can do something about that.
