The hotel was amazing. Being at broadway at the beach you are close to dinning and shopping all of which you can walk to. Did a day trip and will book here again soon

Really liked this hotel. Stayed In It Back In July 2023. Pools and hot tubs were nice. Loved that broadway on the beach was right behind us so we had all the attractions nearby. Lots of fun things to do for kids. Beach was pretty close by. Fun trip!

The rooms are spacious, so that's a plus. However, the tv in the room turns off every 30 minutes or so. So don't plan on getting immersed in a movie because sure enough the tv will shut down and you'll miss the next few minutes of the plot while you get the tv back online. Disappointing to say the least. The other not-very-impressive part of this hotel is the front desk staff. They're often very curt and unhelpful when asking them questions. Often with one word answers and limited eye contact. This is clearly a training issue and not necessarily the fault of the individual person behind the desk. Beyond those issues you'll find a standard Hampton Inn. The best part of this hotel is the cleaning staff. They're very thorough and the rooms are well kept which is a huge plus!

This hotel is in a great location for anyone wanting to spend time at Broadway at the Beach. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Don't go this place ruined my family's entire vacation. My daughter and I were stuck in the elevator and no one at the front desk know what to do or who to call. The lady up front was canceling my emergency bell calling for help. My daughter was having a anxiety attack and I had to call 911 for help from the elevator emergency phone. Then when we got out the manger was called on an employee cell phone telling us she was sleeping and would be there in the morning. The maintenance man was new and didn't know what to do and then the front desk lady told us we can go back to our room and can talk to the manager in the morning We were on the 8th floor and their was no way I was going to put my daughter in the elevator after that so we had to drive home. Thus happened at 9:00pm and we were out at 9:45pm and didn't get home till 1:30am. The front desk lady lied to the fire department about everything all she was doing was talking to people on her cell. My husband watched and was asking questions trying to get us out in the lobby. Then when I went to talk to her she was laughing like it was nothing to her as my daughter is still having her anxiety attack

Will NEVER stay here again. Our clothes were consistently WET just due to the humidity in the room. You have to crank the air down to 0 just to try not not melt from the humid air. I'm quite sure I'll be sick with something when I leave. You have to beg for cleaning. No change machine for the coin operated laundry. Reserved a lake/water view but ended up facing the parking lot. Run! There are so many wonderful places to stay in Myrtle Beach but this isn't one of them. Spend your money elsewhere.

This place is garbage. Don’t ever stay here. I stayed 3 days with my husband. The rooms are outdated and smells moldy. They don’t provide housekeeping unless it’s every other day but the worst part is they charged an additional cleaning fee of $280 and when I questioned it the manager had the audacity to tell me the “excessive”cleaning fee was for throwing out the garbage , changing the sheets and picking pamphlets off the floor. So basically they charge $280 to clean the room!!!!! Absolutely terrible!!!!! I’m sure they don’t pay the housekeeping staff $280 per room to clean.

Amazing views
Amazing Room with Balcony and great view, second time we rent this room, we love it, the bathtub it’s huge and super clean, u can walk to any restaurant in the area and to the Aquarium, really recommended. 7 stars for this hotel
