Welcome to OceanAura, a true one bedroom/one bath oceanfront unit with amazing views. Keyless entry with no contact check in or check out. Key code changed after each stay. Luxury vinyl plank flooring, granite counter tops, newer furnishings, 55 inch Samsung QLED SmartTV, bathroom remodeled with new flooring, paint, vanity, light, and gorgeous tiled shower with tub. The bedroom has a king size bed with a very comfy plush mattress to enjoy the views. The nightstands have lamps with USB chargers for your phones and electronics. There is also a tv as well as access to the balcony.
Living/dining area includes a Samsung 55inch QLED Smart tv with cable channels including HBO. You also have access to Samsung TV channels . The electric fireplace provides both ambience and warmth. There is a dining table with chairs to enjoy your meals. The kitchen includes stove, microwave, refrigerator. The kitchen has beautiful granite counters and glass tile backsplash. There is a keurig coffee maker and we supply some kcup pods including coffee and hot cocoa for those nights you want to enjoy the fireplace while watching your favorite tv show on cable or streaming. Games and puzzles are also included for a rainy day.
Beautiful new comfortable counter height chairs and table to enjoy the sounds and sights of the ocean on the balcony. The condo is located on the 5th floor, the perfect floor to enjoy the beautiful views but not too high up for those that do not like heights.
We have a beach closet with beach chairs, umbrella, binoculars, and some coolers to enjoy on the short stroll to the beach.
There are many amenities to enjoy while staying here such as indoor and outdoor heated pool, lazy river, numerous hot tubs, nice lounging areas with loungers for sun bathing. There is a pool bar during the seasonal months. There is a fitness room for those who never want to miss a workout. Very nice oceanfront restaurant offering wonderful meals. In a hurry? Grab a coffee or quick breakfast snack at the lobby cafe. Walk to miniature golf and restaurants such as Starbucks, Ben and Jerry's and the oceanfront Sea Captain's House.
We welcome dogs 20 pounds and less with a non-refundable 25.00 pet fee per night. No aggressive breeds per the HOA, Per HOA: Pets must be 20 pounds or less.permitted in select room types only. Other pets such as cats, birds and reptiles are not permitted.

Perfect Paradise
The property was well cleaned, comfy and cozy. The view of the beach and the ocean were *chef’s kiss.I had zero problems and well attempt to reserve this location in the future.

Delightful view! Comfortable stay!
We really enjoyed this location, right on the beach. Loved being able to see the ocean from our fifth floor bedroom bed. Watching the sunrise and feeling the warmth of the sun as it filled the room was delightful.The unit was clean and well-stocked. Glad to have the chairs to sit on the beach, even in February.The size of the balcony was perfect. (Many times the balcony is barely large enough for two people.) This one was excellent!We would certainly stay here again. Very cozy, very comfortable.

Was hoping for better
No grab handles on shower and it was slick, floor was sandy and didn’t feel clean when we got there, baseboards needed a coat of paint and good cleaning, room was very humid. Found a qtip between mattress and boxspring. Remote in bedroom didn’t work had to buy batteries and reprogram.
For the price these details should all have been taken care of.
The view was perfect, bed comfortable and had what was needed.

Great view and location.
Experience was 100% except for a/c unit is living room not working, and nedroom a/c unit blowing directly onto the head of the bed. (A folding chair and towel work great to deflect the airflow from your head.)
Extremely limited handicapped parking.
