No wifi. old window ac does not work properly .
No reception - they use another nearby hotel reception desk/team, which don't care for this hotels guest. No phone at room to connect reception.
They gave wrong mobile when asked give contact .
No coffee kettle at room .
Water pressure at shower is very Low takes lot time to take bath.

Property is run down and badly in need of upgrades. Bed was terrible. Felt unsafe. Floors dirty. Bed frames and light fixtures very old and rusting. Not recommended at all.

Room smelled horrible, stains on the floor, chairs out of date and stained, stairs and hall leading to the rooms was nasty and smelled horrible.

The rooms where horrible , dirty, broken doors , stains on bed and chair, pool had broken tables and no chair set up, area was around a bunch of abandoned hotels and store fronts

Not Worth the price for One night no amenities,no ice machine or bucket for ice, room smelled similar to mildew, they had humidifier in the room for that reason I'm assuming, expensive just for nothing, not for family, maybe for a quick visit

No elevator. WiFi didn’t work. Very close walk to beach. Pool was clean and never crowded. Staff is amazing. Rooms are in need of makeover. Some rot on doors and looks like mold.

We only walked in the room and did not touch anything. I can't be around mold and there was mold in the cracks of the crown molding, on pillow cases and on the lamp shade the lamp stand was rusty.
We saw a small roach heading towards the bed tried killing it but it got away we thought it was gonna go under the bed and it crawled up the side of the bed platform.
The trash receptacles going up 3 flights of stairs to our room, we're all the dirty and the trash bags were laying outside of the receptacles with trash in them. This was at 10- 11 o'clock at night.
At that time of night, I'm being on a weekend. We are not able to find another hotel with availability. We had to drivein land an hour.
