We had our class trip here and we had a blast! From the food, to the environment to the Game Drive, to the hospitality, everything was TOP NOTCH! Sadly we were only there for 2 days but we made sure we got the most out of the hotel the last day and we definitely did! The staff were really nice and helpful which made our experience even better! I definitely recommend the hotel as a place to go and relax as you get a sense of peace!

Fabulous resort with all the luxury one could wish for. Well positioned for exploring the Taita Hills Wildlife Conservancy, the resort has a great lodge vibe. Rooms are first class. Food and service both excellent. My favourite surprise was espresso coffee at each meal - thanks Patterson! Highly recommended!

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay and plan to return, as our visit was too short to experience everything. The buffet was surprisingly delicious, especially considering it was prepared for such a large number of guests. The staff were very polite, patient, hospitable, and efficient, which made us feel truly welcome. The views were stunning, and the facial at the spa by Wendy was fantastic! Reccomendation for improvement: 1) reception staff to actively share more about the experiences and gems offered by the the hotel. We only discovered that we could view animals at the water hole and how beautiful the surroundings were after exploring on our own. It would be great if the team could highlight activities such as stargazing, bush walks, hiking or bush picnics, since not all guests will notice/ read the posters or publications. 2) Mattress was too firm 3) packages for the picnics and bush walks only offer for 4 or more people- it would be good to accommodate couples Overall, a wonderful stay that exceeded expectations, highly recommended and we will definitely be back!

It is a nice and wonderful place! You could see a lot of animals like lions elephants antilop..and relaxe on a beautiful Taita lodges with very good service! Thanks
