Notre contact initial était pour le restaurant. L'indication qu'il faisait partie de l'hotel nous a décidé à changer notre réservation initiale pour la nuit dans un autre hotel. Excellente surprise à tous points de vue. Malgré la période de travaux, tout est fait pour assurer un séjour très agréable. On a hâte de voir les travaux terminés, cela devrait être super. Accueil, propreté, confort, tout dépasse l'attente dans une petite ville comme Mutzig. Et le restaurant est aussi excellent. Alors que dire de plus? On se promet d'y retourner. Normalement on recherche un hotel pour un séjour de découverte régionale. Nous réserverons d'abord cet hotel et verrons ce qu'il peut y avoir à découvrir dans les alentours. Félicitations à toute l'équipe de l'hotel et du restaurant qui savent DONNER ENVIE.

Hôtel et alentours en travaux .
La chambre etait franchement peinte et pas nettoyée, nous avons de suite eu une chambre propre et sans odeur.
Malgre les travaux dans la rue facilité de stationnement.
Aucune nuisance sonore, hotel tres calme et personnel sympathique.

Séjour dans les travaux
Très bon séjour d'étape. Bien que des travaux de rénovation de l'hôtel soient en cours notre séjour s'est bien déroulé et nous avons eu l'occasion d'inaugurer les locaux du nouveau restaurant, excellent repas!
Nous n'avons hélas pas profité du parking à cause de travaux de voirie.

Op de terugweg van een verregende vakantie in Italië, hielden wij een tussenstop in Hôtel L'Ours de Mutzig. Een goed geoutilleerde kamer van *** niveau. Heerlijke bedden en een nette badkamer. Het ontbijt was voldoende uitgebreid en de bediening in Hotel en Restaurant waren ok!

Wir haben innerhalb von 3 Monaten zum 4ten mal hier gebucht. Immer auf der Durchreise zu den Vogesen auf unserer Motorradtour. Jedesmal durften wir unsere Mopedsdort in der Garage parken.
Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. In der Nachsaison ist das Frühstück nicht so gut und die Auswahl lässt zu wünschen übrig...
Aber trotzdem -
Eine süße Altstadt und wir kommen zur Mopedsaison 2025 wieder in unser Lieblingshotel in unseren Lieblingsort!
