This hotel is very beautiful and the room was excellent. We only stayed there one night in a family room with one queen bed and 2 single beds. The bathroom was great and shower was warm even with 4 people each taking a long shower. You definitely need a car to get to this hotel at it's far from the city center. We enjoyed that it was far from the city. The hotel has a beautiful roof top with comfortable seating. There was tea and coffee in the lobby all the time. There is a resident cute dog named Linda that lives in the hotel. She was the highlight of our trip as she was so cute. I gave this hotel a 4 star for the following: (1) I had booked the hotel through Capital One Travel for 4 people including breakfast. I contacted the hotel 3 weeks before arrival and they told me my reservation is for 3 people with no breakfast and they wanted an extra 20 Euros. I called Capital One Travel as my reservation was non refundable. Capital One Travel called the hotel and then I got contacted by the hotel saying that they will give us the family room for 4 people with no extra charge. This is exactly what I had booked so I'm not sure why they said my reservation was for 3 people and I needed to pay more (2) there were some rotten whole fruits at the breakfast. For a country where fruit is plenty and cheap, I'm surprised the hotel would serve rotten fruit to their guests. (3) the Wi-Fi kept on disconnecting and we had to ask the hotel to reset the modem. But this is a remote area of Turkey so maybe that's not the hotel's fault. Overall, we had a great time in the area and we enjoyed our cave room. We will stay in this hotel again.

Worst place to stay in, we had one night booking and found a massive scorpion in our room. Obviously left the room in a hurry and explained the situation to the receptionist but they didnt care and didnt offer any kind of refund. We were left to find another hotel. İ wrote a review on h**********and after a few days Heritage Cave Suites called me and told me they would give me a refund and if i could delete the review. İ accepted. Waited for my refund i realised they meant İF i delete the review they would refund the money. Literal blackmail. İ couldnt delete the review if i wanted to, but regardless they should have given me a refund as we did not stay there and it was not our fault they dont pest control their rooms.

İki gece kaldık oteli çok beğendim işletme sahibi ve çalışan abla güler yüzlü her konuda yardımcı oldular hatta 1 gece de farklı odada kaldık başka otel böyle bir imkan sunmazdı.Temizlik açısından güzel rahatlıkla konaklayabilir siniz aile yeri.Kahvaltı çeşitleri oldukça iyi.Konumunu bulmakta biraz zorlandık ama değdi herşey için çok teşekkür ederim.

Kesinlikle tavsiye ETMİYORUM paranıza yazık çok kötü bir konumda Ürgüp merkezden uzak araç park yeri yok ve aracınız hiç güvende değil uzak bir yere koyup yürüyerek geçmeniz isteniyor ve otel odalarında aşırı rutubetten kalamıyorsunuz doğal olduğu için gibi bir bahaneleri var ne cam var ne havalandırma o yüzden yaptığımız rezervasyonu iptal etmeseler bile kalmadık o derece kötü
