The reception staff's welcome is in need of improvement. Aside from the young lady who checked us in, the staff is relatively haughty and uninformative.
I think the hotel should be reserved for adults only, as none of the facilities are suitable for children (neither the pool nor the kids' clubs).
The dress code in the hotel restaurants needs to be reviewed, especially at breakfast (women wearing night shorts with half their buttocks showing). I find it a shame that the management of such a hotel allows this kind of attire to circulate in the hotel! A hotel I definitely wouldn't stay at!
As for the room, it was spacious, but the noise from the wooden floorboards was really annoying.

The worst five-star hotel I've ever stayed in. The room is a little bit smaller, not as good as the one that costs 1,000 yuan. The hotel staff's service is poor. From the first day of parking, they pretended not to see it and had to ask someone to come to park the car. When they called for breakfast several times, they didn't hear it. The hotel room service was very slow. We came back five minutes late for check-out and they locked the room directly. There were flies in the breakfast juice. I told the waiter but he didn't replace the whole bottle of juice in time! I will never come here again. These hotels on Xiaohongshu must be avoided! ! ! ! Simply amazing! We loved every second of our stay at The Chedi! The staff was really, really friendly and attentive and we felt 100% welcome and seen. The architecture was stunning, the three different pools left us breathtaking and breakfast was outstanding as well. We would definitely return and can 100% recommend to stay here, relax and unwind :)
