The hotel is very old, the facilities and decoration are very backward, and there is a lingering smell in the toilet. The hotel staff is average, the breakfast is okay, I will not stay again

Even though the linens were poor quality and it is a bit older, I could get passed that because of the price. However, there is a bar next door that was very loud until 3am.

Nice location in quiet residential area near beach. Hotel has limited parking on site. Public areas and rooms were clean. Receptionist tried to reduce to a single room from the double that I had booked. Pointed this out and was given a double ...... next to the lift, despite the hotel being practically. Poor soundproofing meant that I could hear every conversation in the corridor.
Tried the pool which is on the second floor in the middle of the hotel. No towels available. I did ask a member of staff but none were forthcoming. Restaurant was empty and no bars were open as it was Eid. Service was polit and there was an extensive menu. Additional guidance on the menu explaining the dishes would have been helpful.
Bar and restaurant downstairs also closed.
Breakfast service staff were helpful and offered alternative options which were not laid out on buffet.

A very bad stay experience. The location of the hotel is remote, there is no public transportation, you can only take a taxi that is seriously ripped off at the door (a common problem in Muscat, no one manages it), the room has no facilities, there is a strange smell, the sheets and quilts are damp, It's super uncomfortable to stick on my body. I checked in at 12:00 noon and checked out at 7:00 pm. It was equivalent to paying a day's rent for nothing.

Breakfast variety was so-so. But hotel is cheap and relatively clean. Fast check-in. Could hear noise from the restaurants at night from my room 1 level above. Good location near qurum beach and park.

The hotel is located in between two other hotels, and is a good option for an economical stay, with nearer access to the beach and parks, the only downside is the unavailability of some menu's which is completely understandable due to the ramadan season, while the staff tries to suggest alternative items to order. Apart from the family who stays next to my room who's noises are suddenly like wild noisy chickens while running to chase each other. A suggestion only, for the hotel to improve its way of allocating guests to allocate as much as possible the same floor for families to avoid disturbing other guests who wants a more serene stay. By the way thanks to Rajender, the waiter for being such nice and attentive. Overall it was a nice stay.
