Decent hotel, rooms were big for nothing really cheap and plain decor fake marble tiles room interior was not matching the hotel price or downstairs lobby, for the price of hotel all amenities and mini bar was chargeable also price of breakfast was not worth the money, the dressing table was a joke unusable plugs socket on dressing table, huge construction site outside the hotel only attraction was the 5 star restaurants on site keep your wallets loaded 😉

New hotel with good views . However it is new and still some amenities are under construction like restaurants. Not worth the price paid could get better at other hotels for better price. Not much to do nearby in the hotel too out of city.

I recently stayed at ST Regis Al Mouj, Muscat, one of the newest and most expensive five-star hotels in Muscat. While the property itself is impressive, my experience with their customer service was highly disappointing. I accidentally left my mobile charger in the room and have been following up for a long time. However, the hotel staff denied finding anything and showed no effort in addressing my concern. What’s even more disappointing is the complete lack of response or even a simple apology from the management. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected better professionalism and accountability. Losing an item can happen anywhere, but a five-star hotel should have a proper lost-and-found policy and a responsible approach to guest concerns. Because of this experience, I would rather stay at a more affordable property that values guest satisfaction over just luxury. I also advise future guests to be extra cautious with their belongings, as the management does not take responsibility for lost items.

The best hotel in town with the best F&B outlets! COYA in particular is the best experience for anyone looking for good food, drinks, and all around vibe! I look forward to visiting the St. Regis as often as I can, introducing friends and family to the many experiences here!

The ambiance was fantastic, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The extensive drink selection complemented the delicious food perfectly. Sushi night was a standout experience—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Highly recommend for a great time with family and friends!

This place is just few minutes from my home I’m regular customer and I always go there regularly. I never had bad experience because of the staff are excellent and very friendly. I really recommend this place and worth to visit, best place to enjoy time with friends and family
