The Food & Beverage team offered commendable service, and it was evident that all operational departments were consistently going above and beyond to exceed guest expectations. It was also a pleasure meeting Mr. Ansar Younas, the General Manager, whose leadership and dedication to excellence were clearly reflected in every aspect of the hotel’s performance. Had a wonderful stay at Ramada Lower Topa! The hospitality was top-notch, especially the service provided by Sayyam, who was extremely courteous and attentive throughout our visit. A big shoutout to Samra and Alia at the reception, both were incredibly professional, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Truly outstanding service all around.
