The worst hotel ever to stay the staff don’t know how to deal with guests . Such a pathetic management plus you cannot trust staff for your belongings. Will never visit again. Can’t believe that these kind of luxurious and reputable hotel also holds such kind of management. Really disappointed!

I recently stayed here for business purpose and totally loved the experience. Their service was too good. Immensely satisfied with my stay. All staff members including Manager Ops and housekeeping, they personally took care of the services throughout the stay. were very courteous and kind. The room was spacious, smelled nice and had beautiful interior. Stay at this place is the revival of Murree city offering comfortable stay with beautiful view. For anyone looking for an amazing experience and enjoy Murree’s serenity should stay here. Would love to come back to this place to stay every time i visit Murree.

Best Hotel in Murree. Safe and Secure Environment. Nice location. Outclass rooms and facilities with outstanding service. View was good. Breakfast was amazing. Best place for families. All amenities were complete. It was good trip i just enjoyed hotel.

The hotel is very nicely maintained and in a great position. Staff members are friendly and helpful and it is a good place to stay or have a meal. There also are some good views from the terrace and the hotel is close to some lovely beauty spots. Needless to say, a car is essential

The hotel is set in a property that is over 100 years old and they have done everything in their power to give it a restored property feel (in the main wing). If we can ignore the concrete buildings disrupting the view - it’s pretty spectacular. Lastly the drive from Islamabad is pretty decent too, 2 hours with good roads. Now the negatives: - the service is extremely slow and inconsistent. (unless you are celebrity). 3 nights stay in a junior suite and I never got a mini bar in my room. - Room service is not available at night. Given that the location is remote with nothing at a walking distance, this is a pretty big minus. If you get hungry or crave coffee late night or even early morning at like 6/7am you have to wait. - Breakfast (in room or restaurant) does not open before 8am. So early risers have to wait. - housekeeping is slow and even daily room cleaning needs multiple reminders. - menu and food options are pretty limited - and only the desi (local Pakistani) food is good. Everything else from Chinese to Sandwiches were a miss. Better to order on your foodpanda app.

I stayed in this property with my family, including my daughter came from USA along with her husband and kids. We all really enjoyed this stay. This was a new hotel with the staff full of hospitality but with very reasonable rates. I would like to visit it again. Khalid Masood Khan

They were amazing there services were amazing We have stayed in hotel one bhurban as well they are just amazing. Mirza aslam look after us. He was really gentle and approachable. Customer satisfaction is 10/10 Thanku 🤍

Excellent family environment.location was superb,ideal environment for people who want realm n rest mode on. Staff Mr Asad , Ali Raza and housekeeping especially Mirza Waseem provided special care. i'll recommend hotel one to everyone. Hats off for the services provided. Thanks once again

Nice place, excellent service, very good location, however, there are some architectural flaws especially with the restaurant which do not go well with the senior citizen. Very good place to spend some holidays.
