"Waterhole view room. Comfortable bed and room for a roll away. Very lacking for an alleged 5 start property and for the cost charged! No bottled water provided, some water in a carafe but not refilled. TV didnt work on check in - at leat an hour until sorted and even then receptions response was I will log it with maintenance. No concern at all. Turns out all the TV's not working. I put the 'please makeup the room' sign on door at 9am. Returned at 1230 to room not done. Checked with reception - oh we dont service rooms for 2 night stays unless asked - mmmm I did ask by putting the sign on. Only notice was about towels.....leave on floor to be replaced or hang to reuse. Useless if they dont service the room. Reception then said I can reschedule a service for tomorrow! Um we are leaving tomorrow. Sorted it myself by taking fresh towels and supplies off the trolley down the hall. Meals expensive and staff run off their feet at dinner with very slow service. OK quality but thats it. Nothing special."
