The positive: Staff was friendly, room was large, parking was good, short walk to downtown, bed was comfortable, good coffee at front desk, donuts and frozen burittos for breakfast to warm in microwave, rerigerator was good.. Negative: The place needs updating, the furniture was worn, and felt like it was from goodwill, lighting was dim, coffee pot had no heater, carpet was mismatched, treadmill wasn't open till 9 AM!, cabinets hinges were loose, had to go to front desk for towels, toilet paper, empty trash-no maid service. Was there for 5 night for a conference. Room 101 was extremely noisy all night from traffic. We moved to another room

I was pleasantly surprise with our stay at Murphys Suites! Even though we knew it was an older hotel, it was very well maintained and pleasant. The room was roomy and very quiet. The staff was super friendly and they brought complementary donuts and orange juice to our room for breakfast. They also offer free coffee and soft serve ice cream at the front desk! I would stay again.

This is an excellent 2-3 star hotel. Not swanky by any means but soo nice. Hotel staff were delightful & so pleasant. Rooms were large, super clean, with great A/C (hot when we stayed). They offer FREE soft serve ice cream 24 hours & homemade donuts. We will stay here again.

Room was not clean floors were really dirty not what expected for almost $300 which was raised in prize because of a concert in the area

We liked the room. Everything was working properly.
The cleaning person gave us fresh towels and extra coffee.
Only the television needs an upgrade. The picture was blurry and distorted.

Bed was very hard (just not for me) but, the pillows were like rocks. The donuts were not good at all. Coffee was very tasty and the room and lobby were clean and inviting

Nice affordable hotel.
The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are a little dated, but they are very clean and big. I love the daily soft serve ice cream and the freshly made in house mini doughnuts. The price is reasonable.

We had to change to an accessible room and front desk staff was very accomodating. The fresh morning donuts and soft ice cream machine are a nice touch.
