Modern facilities. I like the rain shower. Close to train station. Friendly staff.

I recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Perth, Murdoch, and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The hotel boasts a contemporary design with clean, well-appointed rooms that offer a comfortable and quiet retreat. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making the check-in and check-out process seamless.

Check in process is easy i was allowed to check in at 10am.

The hospitality is top notch, very casual yet very good. Breakfast options are limited and so are the lunch and dinner menu as it can seem repetitative to those who stay longer. The free snacks for Chrismas was highly appreciated and looked forward to daily. The free drink voucher per stay was an icing to the cake. Will definitely repeat if I am back in Perth.

Very new hotel. Closed to Murdoch Station We have a great view but is blocked by the stains on the windows.

We have wonderful experience staying in Courtyard. Free welcome drinks, free bottled water, complimentary chocolates and complimentary drinks at their restaurant. The hotel is new and has modern design. We love the view from our room overlooking the city. We will definitely stay here again.

clean and big room. quick check in and check out. parking problems. it is not cheap to park there.

This is a new and only hotel in Murdoch. It is very convenient which is just 10-15 mins walk from Murdoch station. Love it…. And I am glad it has been built. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Keep it up.

Nice clean hotel Bit pricey. Great welcome and staff. Fantastic location if you have someone in Fiona Stanley hospital.

Check in was quick and easy with a welcome drink for each of us so that was a good start. Plenty of signages in carpark to direct u to the drop hotel lift lobby within carpark but car had to be parked somewhere else. Room was comfy and there's a stool provided in the shower (good for old pple). We booked a room with 2 double beds meant for 4 pax but found the double bed to be a little small. Bfast was a little disappointment as we expected the full buffet but you can only order hot food from a menu and the buffet portion was only for the pastries, cereals and cold food. However, food was yummy. Price was worth it for the stay.

The hotel was new, the place was clean, service staff was helpful, and location was quite central. However, we had rented a car, and parking in the same building was very expensive. I think it was up to 50aud per night. We had to find public parking close by and the cheapest was 21 aud per night.
