It was not that bad that it deserves a 2 point rating, but regrettably there is no way to give a 2,5. Check in was efficient, room was clean. But during my stay, I did not see any staff member. Breakfast was already put in the room upon arrival (luckily in the fridge) and was nothing special. Definitely no value for money.

Disappointed with the poor customer service and incompetent billing process which led to subsequent contact from Christine claiming we hadn't paid for a meal and one of three rooms ! The staff really need to be properly trained. Whilst understanding the difficulties post Covid the proprietor really needs to get their act together or continue receiving bad reviews.

Pas digne d’un 3 etoiles
Aucun personnel physique. J’ai reçu un WhatsApp avec les instructions pour récupérer clés, le petit déjeuner est dans la chambre ( frigo/ machine à café) qui encombre la chambre. Pas de climatisation et chambre donnant sur la route et la gare au 1 er … la décoration mexicaine est vraiment curieuse pour un hôtel avec ce nom

C'est Specieux mais le minimum n'y est pas.
La douche est presque bouchée comme elle est de plein pied en 5mn la salle de bain est une piscine. J'ai épongé avec le tapis de bain. Et pas de ventouse pour déboucher. Et personne à la reception car tout ce fait par messages.
Le matin une sirène a retenti... mystère ... pas de réponse à mon message. Les toilette sont crados.

Copie prestation et prix à revoir
Accueil nul juste un SMS, et le petit déjeuner également nul doit être pris dans la chambre exiguë !

Accueil fantôme
Rien à redire, s'agissant de la propreté et du confort de la chambre : TB. En revanche, ne rencontrer aucune âme qui vive relève humainement de l'absurdité..., et alors que nous avons eu bien des difficultés a entrer dans la chambre : la lecture des chiffres permettant d'acceder à la clef est très "acrobatique ". Bref ! Service inexistant, NUL !

Le volet ne fonctionne plus en descente et la prise électrique de la sdb ne fonctionne pas non plus

Véritable attrapé couillon , vaisseau fantôme, aucune conciergerie , ce n est certainement pas un hôtel, encore moins avec 3 étoiles. Les clés sont dans des boîtes à la porte des chambres. Ça ressemble à un RB&B sans confort. Pas de place autre qu'une chambre standard, donc aucune place pour prendre un petit déjeuner : pain de mie sous vide, etc... On passera sous silence,l ’impossibilitede se connecter sur internet, un volet roulant virtuel (pas de bouton) ... Prix exorbitant pour une qualité plus que médiocre !!!! A fuir
