Spacious home with comfortably beds. Close to campus, dining, and shops. Would love some nightlights (for the kiddos) and blackout curtains (personal preference) bit overall, wonderful place.

House in Muncie
The house was perfect for our group of 7. Great location for graduation at Ball State. Shaded back yard was delightful!

Perfect location
A group of us were in town for Ball State Hoco. The house location was conveniently located near campus and tailgating.
Plenty of room for us all. House was clean and comfy. It did have a musty odor to it when first entering. That would be the only draw back.

Convenient, comfortable for families
The house was exactly what we needed. We were in town for a family wedding and really appreciated the spacious living room with ample seating, large kitchen and front porch rocker. It’s on a quiet street and only a few blocks from campus and 5 min from downtown so plenty to do during your stay!
